STRENGTH & BALANCE
This class teaches resistance training routines which improve strength,
muscular endurance & muscle tone. Standing based Yoga-Style postures &
occasional light cardio will improve balance & flexibility.
Please bring a set of handheld weights (2-6lbs.)
*Routines will be adjusted for all levels of ability
*This class doesn’t require you to get down on the floor
**Take one day a week or both. If you register for one day a week, you must choose between Mondays or Thursdays and cannot switch days if you miss one.
