Cardio Drumming
Cardio - Drumming is a popular fitness activity that combines music & fun!
Using drumsticks & a chair, you will enjoy dancing and laughing through a combination of easy to follow steps while drumming to the beat of the music.  
*Chairs & drumsticks will be provided.
*Class can be done standing or seated.
