Strength and Balance - Strength and Balance Mondays - Dec. -Feb. STRENGTH & BALANCEThis class teaches resistance training routines which improve strength,muscular endurance & muscle tone. Standing based Yoga-Style postures &occasional light cardio will improve balance & flexibility. Please bring a set of handheld weights (2-6lbs.) *Routines will be adjusted for all levels of ability *This class doesn’t require you to get down on the floor**Take one day a week or both.
