Linemenu Winter Trench Camp - Linemenu Winter Trench Camp Full Week February 16th–20th is our first-ever Winter Camp! This camp is designed to keep athletes active, locked in, and continuing their football development.Athletes will receive focused football training that builds fundamentals, discipline, and confidence while competing and learning alongside other student-athletes.Each day also includes Balance Play, a mental wellness session designed to strengthen focus, emotional control, and confidence. Through guided activities, athletes learn how to reset, handle pressure, and show up strong on and off the field.Led by a Youth Mental Health First Aid–certified coach, this camp develops the total athlete—mind, body, and game.

Strength and Balance - Strength and Balance Thursdays Jan-Feb STRENGTH & BALANCEThis class teaches resistance training routines which improve strength,muscular endurance & muscle tone. Standing based Yoga-Style postures &occasional light cardio will improve balance & flexibility. Please bring a set of handheld weights (2-6lbs.) *Routines will be adjusted for all levels of ability *This class doesn’t require you to get down on the floor**Take one day a week or both.
